This is a classic Staunton style chess set with hand carved chessmen made from Rosewood and Boxwood from India. Chess pieces are double weighted with felted, broad bases for easier playing.

The chess board features a matte finish with alternating natural Maple and Walnut 2.2 inch squares, 19.75 inch overall dimensions and a thin frame. A beautiful gift that will last for generations!
